Opening Heaven’s Door

This workshop was born from the realisation that what we seek in the world through relationships, alcohol, food and material goods is not there. Searching for peace and happiness in the wrong places leaves us in a state of confusion and dissatisfaction.

True happiness comes from authentic and complete contact with our environment and the people in it. Once we surrender our negative belief systems and trust the universe our soul has room for movement. It is this movement that can lead us to finding purpose in our lives, which for many is the key to experiencing true happiness.

‘OHD’ supports the movement for each individual to live a more purposeful and fulfilling life. The aim of the workshop is for people to leave with a sense of inner peace as well as greater self-awareness and inspiration to live their life with more energy and passion. In fact it would be true to say that what you put into this workshop you will get out of it.

Techniques used in the workshop include, integrated breathwork, Family Constellations, psychodramas, creative process work, as well as ideas from ‘A Course in Miracles’.

Soul Moves

This workshop runs over 2 days and is focused solely on Breathwork and Family Constellations. Each participant has the opportunity to look at a current issue in their life through the dynamics of a family constellation – the aim of which is to restore the flow and orders of love to the family of origin.

This is a deep and moving workshop and requires a high level of respect from all participants. This could be the workshop for you if you have an issue relating to your family or want to address an aspect in your life you feel is holding you back.

Prerequisite: To have the ability to be respectful of this work and an open mind.

HeartStream Miracles Group

HeartStream Miracles Group is a support group for participants who have attended any of the workshops and trainings we offer. On-going support is suggested after taking part in a workshop and is a great way of continuing your connection with fellow participants and other like minded people.

Each group generally lasts for 3-4 hours and takes place twice a month in Teddington, Middlesex. Each group is unique and is facilitated according to the needs of the group on that particular evening – although support available generally includes individual sharing, experiential process work as well as breathwork.

Newcomers to this work are also welcome on recommendation from an existing HeartSteam member.
